YES, WE DO GIFT VOUCHERS AND FOR ANY DENOMINATION.
SOMETIMES IT IS HARD TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT PIECE AS A GIFT SO WHY NOT GIVE THE GIFT OF CHOICE, BESIDES...WHO DOESN'T LIKE TO SHOP?

How do i clean my jewellery?
For a routine polished look, we recommend polishing your jewellery with a silver cloth weekly.

For a more thorough clean, it is recommended you drop your piece to Esola. In-store we can view it and advise you what steps to take.

Does Esola sell wedding bands?
We most certainly do. However, Esola only stocks a small range in-store. We prefer to meet your exact needs by working with you personally, to design the perfect memento for your special day. Viewing designs is available in-store. an extensive catelogue is available. any colour, any carat. Please call us for further enquiries on (08) 9383 4699.

My piece has broken can you repair it?
We are always sorry to hear a favourite jewel has broken. We can organise a quote for replacement OR repair, for information please call (08) 9383 4699 or come on in..

I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND, WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE OR RETURNS POLICY?
if you change your mind within 30 days, you can exchange your item, or receive a credit note. If you don’t have proof of purchase, we are happy to exchange your items.

 

All customer returns must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Esola box provided.

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items.

 

Esola jewellery purchases come with a one-year warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. We will offer a repair, replacement or exchange, at our discretion, once the item has been assessed by a member of the Esola team.
